Dr. Dial founded Berachah Bible Church in Jonesboro, GA in 1970 where he served as senior pastor for over 40 years. He received his B.A. in Biblical Education from Columbia Bible College (Now Columbia  International University), his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. He did further graduate studies at the Institute of Holy Land studies in Jerusalem. He received a Doctor of Ministry from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in Portland, Oregon in 1992.
